ubonjoe Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife. She will need to be with you when you apply for it. You will need your marriage certificate plus a copy, copies of her house book registry and ID card. You will also need to prove of your address. JackThompson Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 What is needed to show for your address varies by office, but involves either docs from your landlord or condo-ownership proof. You may also need to have an up-to-date TM-30 filed - again, varying by office. I would apply a week early, so you have time to react to any additional document requests and return.
