Game of Thrones creator George RR Martin has admitted that he isn’t sure if the hit show should be coming to an end.

 

Two years of anticipation will come to an end on Sunday when Season 8 premieres – with fans tuning in to see who will finally take the Iron Throne.

 

But Martin, who wrote the book series A Song Of Ice And Fire, says he will be “hanging around Westeros” for a long time after the final episode airs.

Of course not.  Some HBO screen writers need to finish The Winds of Winter for him.  Then let's not even talk about A Dream of Spring.  There will be no blossoming of that particular title in GRRM's lifetime.
