Can a Thai Citizen Transfer Baht into a foreigners off shore account

I will be completing a court sanctioned property sale in Bangkok. The purchasers will be Thai. One of my requirements will be for the Thai purchasers to transfer the money to my offshore European account. Can I expect any problems to arise in this matter with the source bank or the Thai government??? The source bank will most likely be the bank mortgaging the property. I have not lived in Thailand for about 7 years. Comments please.
