28 years in Thailand, with a few, short, pre-opening sorties in the region, ample pre-opening and management experience mostly in 4 and some 5* properties. Also experienced in mixed hospitality, estate and condominium management, including structuring and rules and regulations. Flexible, non-confrontational, outgoing personality, fully up-to-date on latest hospitality developments and very sales & marketing savvy.  Currently employed in South Thailand managing multiple properties. Own work permit which -after recent labour law changes- can now be used to work elsewhere by simply adding a new place of work. Looking for a new challenge now that children have left home to study elsewhere.
