Also experienced in mixed hospitality, estate and condominium management, including structuring and rules and regulations. Flexible, non-confrontational, outgoing personality, fully up-to-date on latest hospitality developments and very sales & marketing savvy. Currently employed in South Thailand managing multiple properties. Own work permit which -after recent labour law changes- can now be used to work elsewhere by simply adding a new place of work.
