Anyone applied for marriage visa at Chicago USA Consulate?

Featured Replies

Can anyone please help me with the documents required? I have been calling them for 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to answer the phone, and all the recorded information is not pertinent to marriage visas. And their website is garbage.

1. Application

2. Flight itinerary

3. My passport & copy of Thai wife's passport

4. Copy of marriage certificate

5. Money order

6. Self addressed envelope with paid return postage

Is this correct?

You will be applying for a non-o visa to visit your wife. There is no marriage visa.

Form the consulate website. http://www.thaiconsulatechicago.org/pages-non-immigrant-visa-eng.html
