I've never used them but free is me so I signed up online in case I use them in the future.

The software is garbage and after getting an acceptance email it wouldn't accept the password I wanted to use and they had to email me a different link.

I emailed [email protected] and explained the situation and got a response the same or next day with a new link which worked.

 

But as Marcous is pointing out, you have to have registered on the 20th day of the month (thru December 2019) for the bonus miles.
