90 day report needed when re-entering near report date?

Featured Replies

Hi Recently took a 10 day trip to Vietnam and returned on April 24 2019. Have an entry stamp on that date in my passport now.

My 90 day report date is May 25 show on the slip stapled into my passport by Jomtien Immigration.

Question: Do I still have to report in on May 25th or can I wait 90 days from April 24th 2019 which is the new entry stamp I have in my passport?

thanks

Since you did not stay more than 90 consecutive days in the country since your last report the need for a report ended.

Your next report will be due 90 days from the day you entered including that day in the count.

I assume you mean Thailand when you say "in the country"? So to be more specific I will not have to report in until 90 day after April 24th 2019 .. which will be around July 24th 2019?

When we returned from outside Thailand the Phetchabun office updated the 90 day report date when the wife submitted the TM30.
