K1 Process and Experience

I am looking for comments on K1 processes.  I am just starting to put it together so we are at step number one.

How can I make Form I-129F as easier as possible to get it quickly approved?  What documentations should I include?   What type photos and statements?

I read up on the steps - what is the current experience in terms how long it's taking to getting all the paper works done?  

My fiancee  has a  good job in Bangkok.   What are people's thoughts on the discussions with the company on exiting? 

Having the discussions too early would  likely make one a lame duck employee and  be excluded from any further career buiding assignments, 

My fiancee will continue in the same career path after arriving in the US so it would be good to maintain relationship and make use the current company as a reference.
