I am about to do my first 90 day report.  On the TM-47 form there is a place to enter the "arrival card number".  Do they actually mean the departure card TM-6 that is given at arrival?

 

I know that many or maybe most people have not been able to use the online filing, especially for the first one, but I will try anyway.   Its free and I would rather waste 15 minutes than half a day.

It is the same number on both parts of the arrival card. Since you only have the departure part of the card the number on it is what you would use.
