Change of address for Extension of Stay (Retirement)

I was staying in an old condo. Now I have shifted into a new condo which I have just bought.

I am on Extension of Stay (Retirement) for the past 6 years. I am about to renew my Retirement Extension

next month. Do I have to fill up any extra forms or do I have to inform Immigration before I go for my extension.

Some things depend upon the office where you will be reporting your change of address and extension application.

You will need proof that you own the condo. Chanote, house book and etc.

You may need a to submit a TM30 form to report yourself as residing in the condo at some offices.

Perhaps also a TM28 change of address form.

I will be doing my Extension of Stay end of this coming June. 

Can I report my new Change of address at the same time.

Is there a fine if I report the Change of Address on this day.

Is there a fine for not doing so ?
