4 Reasons To Avoid Online Tee Time Sellers

With practically everything going online today, it's natural for golfing enthusiasts to do the same when booking a golf holiday. But online tee time sellers aren't all they're cracked up to be. At the end of the day, you want a golf operator who serves you and your golf holiday needs well. Here are some reasons to avoid online tee time sellers:

Lack Of Local Knowledge

Online tee time sellers don't have enough local knowledge, especially when it comes to certain upgrades or changes to golf courses. That's because they just make bookings without getting into the specifics of any changes at the course. This could end up hurting your golf experience on your holiday.

Exorbitant Booking Rates

One of the worst things about online sellers is the high price they charge golf courses, which then get passed on to customers. They end up directly cutting into profits and affecting golf course rates, which will ultimately push up your tee time prices.

Lack Of Personalization

When you're on a golf holiday, you want something tailored to your budget and tastes. That's because everyone is different and has a different expectation. For instance, you're probably keen on finding challenging courses, while someone else may be looking for lighter games. Online tee time sellers don't know or understand your needs, which means that they can't tailor your experience.

Inability To Reward Loyalty

If you've been playing at a particular golf course for years, you'll be rewarded for your loyalty. But an online tee time seller doesn't know you or how long you've played there, so you won't get any benefits from the golf course if you book via the Internet.

Choose a golf expert who fully understands what you want out of your holiday and helps you get it without any trouble. If you're planning a Thailand golf holiday, we'll find the right courses and help you play as many rounds as you want with a trip tailored to your expectations.

Really......... If you have been playing you must have been booking so why would you suddenly book it online unless it was cheaper to do so?

We meant to say 'rewarded by the tour operator' in form of freebies such as golf umbrellas, ball-markers, golf shirts, or other items.

Never used one, simply call the club I want to play at.

Very true for local golfers but a lot harder and at times and not feasible for overseas visitors. By the way, often times the walk-in rate is higher than what you get booking through a tour operator.
