May 13, 20197 yr I have been hearing a flurry of rumours and gossip that CW Immigration needs a TM28 or 30 form when applying for a yearly extension on a Non O visa. My extension is soon and I was abroad for Songkran and when I came back, did not file a TM28 or 30 form at the local police station. Can anyone enlighten me what exactly CW requires now with regards to a TM28 or 30 form? I own my own condo, by the way. Thanks to all.
May 13, 20197 yr You only need to do a TM30 form. Have you done before? It may not be needed if you have. A TM28 form will not be required since you have not changed your address.
May 13, 20197 yr Author Thanks Joe. I came back from China just after Songkran and did not register anything (I didn't know about it), TM 30 or otherwise. Just the stamp in my passport up to my Non O visa expiry date (June). My extension (Non O marriage) is next week and all I have is the usual 90 days report and the blue Tabien Baan. No TM 30 registration. I should add that there have been no "aliens" staying at my place; just me leaving and re entering Thailand. Does a TM 30 still apply to me? What's gonna happen? May 13, 20197 yr Author So, basically, not only do I need a re entry permit, I also need to report to C/W within 24 hours of my arrival from abroad and file a TM30? As well as a 90 days report? Welcome to North Korea.

I have seen no report of them wanting a new one done every time leave and re-enter the country. At this time it appears they are doing a catch up by checking for them now since they were not asking for them before,

May 15, 20197 yr I did my first extension of non-o Thai wife visa on Monday 13. Very efficient young IO (3 pips) . Checked passport re-entry date and asked to see TM30 receipt which I had done earlier same day.
