Did the TM30 and paid the fine for my new address in Bangkok in preparation for my extension however have lost the TM30 receipt and fine receipt, no idea how I managed this but I do have a copy of both, will this be accepted as opposed to the original if I say I lost the original? All other docs are in order.

They should accept a copy of the report receipt since they can verify the report was done by checking their records.

I would say as early as possible. I would say no later than 8 o'clock.
