Hello folks, just wondering if anyone has a link for the STM2 PDF fillable? This is the acknowledgement of T&C for foreign residents

I have not seen one.  You can use Fill & Sign on Adobe Acrobat DC to complete this one. acknow_con2stay.pdf

I have not bothered completing one before going to immigration since my office gives me a single sheet has the condition on one side and the overstay rules on the other side.

 

Are the terms and conditions actually ever explained by the IO.

I don't recall them ever being explained to me. 

I think this is it.

Not .pdf, it is .doc.

I use page 1 of this only.

I do not use page 2.

Nor me!    

I know a few expats who are under the impression if their wife died the marriage extension immediately ceases. I think the IO should at least explain that is not the case.

I'm not married but curious. When does it cease? End of current permission of stay?

The extension will remain valid until it expires if the spouse dies.

If divorced it ends on the date it is finalized.
