DIF to raise Bt15.8-bn for investment in telecommunications infrastructure

Digital Telecommunications Fund (DIF) announced a fourth round of investment in telecommunications infrastructure assets, for which Bt15.8 billion will be raised through the offering of up to 1.05 billion newly issued units to existing unitholders.

Talks on government formation proceeding – Palang Pracharat party leader

Back racing! After a brief delay with the AP raised onshore, at 09:05 it was lowered and the sailors headed out to the startline where breeze awaited on the Nora Buri & Nora Beach Race Day. Looking to get as many races on the scorecard as possible and make up for yesterday’s wind no-show, Ross Chisholm and team got three races in for all classes and there was plenty of action across the fleet.

Thailand up five places in IMD rankings

BANGKOK (NNT) - Thanks to the government’s efforts to revive the economy, invest in infrastructure projects and amend laws and regulations to adapt to the changes, Thailand has moved up five places to 25th position, the highest in 15 years, according to the International Institute for Management Development’s (IMD) latest World Competitiveness Rankings. Singapore ranked first, followed by Hong Kong and the United States.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller said on Wednesday his probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election was never going to end with criminal charges against President Donald Trump but he did not clear him and indicated it was up to Congress to decide whether he should be impeached.

BUDAPEST (Reuters) - At least three people died and sixteen were missing after a tourist boat capsized on the Danube in the Hungarian capital on Wednesday with dozens of people aboard, and a rescue effort was underway, state news agency MTI and other media reported.

PM thanks all sectors for helping Thailand to pass ICAO inspection

Election Commission verifies another three MPs, making total of 500 MPs
