Book stores to reduce use of plastic wraps by half

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), the Publishers and Booksellers Association of Thailand (PUBAT) and book stores on Friday, May 31st launched a campaign called “Aan Rak Lok: Lod Chai Plastic” or “Reading with care: reducing plastic use”, which aims to half the use of plastic in the industry this year.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration on Sunday disclosed a new problem involving Boeing Co's grounded 737 MAX, saying that more than 300 of that troubled plane and the prior generation 737 may contain improperly manufactured parts and that the agency will require these parts to be quickly replaced.
