No big deal. Can do one anywhere. Imm on next visit or airport when leaving for example.

You can get a new TM6 at your local immigration office. Some may want a police report for the lost card as punishment for losing it.

I went to police at Bkk airport. About 20 minutes.

This was my experience at Chaeng Wattana last year when I had lost mine.  90 day reporting sent me off to fetch a police report.

Took about 30 mins to go do it.  Grabbed a motorbike out front.  At least it was free.

At Swampy the girls directing people to immigration counters are handing them out, as are immigration officers. In the queue in front of me at least half of them couldn't produce them and were given blank ones to fill while the rest of us moved past them. So for a flight out it should not be an issue. For reporting at immigration office I can't tell as I've never seen anyone asking for it.

Spot on. I fly out every 2 weeks. Your account is accurate. BTW ditto for DM.  I posted earlier its just not an issue. I would only do it at imm if had other business there.

No biggie, just get the form and do it on the spot anywhere
