Hello, I found this Pattaya One post but they do not say where is this Pattaya dog shelter, anybody knows ? beautifulthailand99 Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 One of the good guys. There is a very old farang guy with cart that feeds and gets neutered the beach dogs in Jomtien. He had only bad words to say about a certain famous Pattaya's residents dog home (not this one I hasten to add). In fact, he pays to get them taken away from that hell hole.
