whaleboneman
The only thing more shocking than this story is the responder who suggests 5 year olds should be given 10-20 year sentences.

Given the ages of the boys involved, I am not sure that the parents of the little girl will have much joy with compensation unless it is a voluntary thing. The law probably can't do anything given the perceived lack of criminal responsibility of 5-7 year olds. Alarming though. In cases like this, where the boys cannot be held criminally liable, the school still has the option to expel them.
RocketDog
Thank you. First post to question this basic premise. I simply do not believe boys that young could achieve and maintain an erection in such a situation. It more likely the penetration was by hand or some artifact. I'm sure somebody here will step up with a history of their prowess at that age, but I won't believe them either. It's more than a matter of simply knowing the mechanics of the act. There are equipment requirements as well.Point taken, but 'clear' it wasn't. He could have said it the way you did without going into details. And to my point: post #34 stepped up to my challenge. So predictable.I agree heartily with your other points. Sent from my SM-G930V using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

holy cow cm
Raped and how? Do they mean molested? If I remember correctly, my tool didn't work until I got older. Rape would have to be from an older student or teacher.

Isaanbiker
I do not hope that it was- again - happening at the same school where I was employed a couple of years ago in the center of the city at "Kilo Zoon" At this time, an Indian English teacher from Sikkim with pretty fair white skin was caught on the toilet with a little girl from Prathom 5. The same had happened a year before when somebody saw the same guy coming out of a toilet with the very young girl in question, at this time in grade 4. But the director at that time thought it was gossip because he was "such as nice guy". Neither the parents were informed, nor was the police involved. I even went to the Tourist Police, but they were not interested. I couldn't understand the world anymore. But the director at that time thought it was gossip because he was "such as nice guy". This is no hearsay, as I was the one who had to write his immediate dismissal letter. Neither the parents were informed, nor was the police involved. I even went to the Tourist Police, but they were just not interested. No money for them involved were my thoughts. The child abuser even came back the next day into our office, asking for documents to apply for a volunteer visa. I couldn't believe it. The former head of the English department Mrs. X.Y. even started typing a document for him when I had to tell her that I'd go to the police if she'd do that. At least she stopped issuing such documents for this criminal child molester. The same guy, the child abuser then opened an orphanage in Ubon Ratchathani. Please read that again an orphanage for homeless kids!!! That happened in the year 2012 and I have to admit that I was planning to do something terrible to him. I had a lot of problems to "forget" that, my son knew the girl from Anuban before and we had her on a chat where she told us all the guy did. That was so ugly to listen to that my anger got almost uncontrollable. Honestly, if I'd have had a gun at this time, he wouldn't be alive now, no matter what would happened to me. It turned my stomach around. I hope that such things will change in the future and kids can live a happy life without fear. That little boys rape a little girl is so strange that I do not find the right words. If people wouldn't believe that they lose face by saying something bad, perhaps more children would report a sexual abuse. Should the same institution ( orphanage run by an Indian) in Ubon still exist with the same founder, please make that public. I don't know if I did something against forum rules now, but this article made my blood boiling. If I did something against forum rules, please feel free to delete it. IMO, people should be aware of dangerous people who rape little girls. I've got tears in my eyes writing this and I hope that enough people will stand up and protect the little ones. What really annoys me is the internet these days. On all possible websites are naked people, erected penises and all sorts of vaginas. Anybody has access to hard porn these days. That might have been the trigger.
