ricklev Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 What is the latest I can go to Chaengwattana today (Friday) and still get processed for my non-B extension? Is there a set time?
ubonjoe Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 They stop issuing queue numbers at 15:30. Anybody that gets one will be served until it is completed. The doors close a 16:30. 2

ricklev Posted June 7, 2019 Author Posted June 7, 2019 Left Chaengwattana in a taxi at 5:30 with my Visa extension. Arrived at Morchit BTS at 8:30. Brutal! 1

Brutal! thanks for the data point. i've had long taxi rides to mochit BTS also when leaving CW late afternoon (although not 3 hrs !!). i don't go for the afternoon processing anymore because of it. i hear reports that it's great to show up and get one of the last queue number and get processed in 2 hours max. but getting home can be a real nightmare at that hour. even getting a taxi at CW can be problematic. of course it depends on where your home is. 1
flbkk Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 To get to Chaengwattana, go to Tao Poon MRT then leave on exit 3, stay in the same side of the main road, take #66 bus to bus station at Chaengwattana Government Complex, walk to immigration. When leaving I get either same bus or one to victory monument, whichever comes first, in the latter case BTS stop at VM. 1
Bangkok Basha Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 What time do the doors open at Chaeng Wattana, and what time do they start handing out queue tickets?
