Retirement extension-The new Kalasin office

I am due to renew my retirement extension and now will be using the new one at Kalasin.

I have all the documents in order and monies etc for the 800K per year extension option. I don't need advice or anything regards this or monies to be kept in the account afterwards either. My only question is has anybody used this office as yet for the above mentioned? If any TV member has been, then was you asked for a TM30?

This is the only piece missing from the jigsaw and it seems too late to apply now. All my 90 day reports up to date etc, I have yellow book etc but been told that I still should have this TM30.

I  have never been asked for any TM30 at the Sakon Nakhon office but, as we all know, all offices are different.
