Not having the required 400,000baht in my bank, I renewed my non-o (marriage visa)as a multiple entry in Penang 1 year ago.This is due for renewal in three weeks time. Can I get a multiple entry Non-o again from Penang next month?

Thanks guys.As I feared. How easy or otherwise would it then be for me to get a 30 day tourist visa when my non-o expires, and what would I need to take to whatever border?

There is no such thing as a 30 day tourist visa, nor can you obtain a visa at the border. So you are talking about 30 day visa exempt entry and those are now limited to a total of 90 days in any six month period. As you have not been using you should not have a problem getting but should have 10k baht in cash in case immigration asks to see it.
