You can get a work permit. We have had a few clients obtain one.

You can own a minority interest in a radio station unless you are Thai than you can own the radio station 100%.

Most English speaking DJ's in Thailand are Thai,

with a good command of English/American,

so I would not hold my breath on the Work Permit side.
