Bats possibly used in Nakhon Sawan child murder found

Four aluminium baseball bats that had allegedly been used in a fatal assault on a 15-year-old boy at a boarding school in Nakhon Sawan’s Muang district earlier this month had been sent to the Muang Nakhon Sawan police, a source said.

 

The four bats in a bag with a sticker reading “Nattapol Thavornpibul”, who is the 27-year-old owner of the Tutoring School by Pee Nat and the prime suspect, were fished out of a river by a 12-year-old boy who kept the items at home, the source said. 

 

After the unnamed boy heard news about the fatal assault of Tapakorn “Chaidaen” Sapsin, in which the attackers used baseball bats as weapons, he told his mother to call the police, the source said.

 

The boy also showed police where he found the bats so divers could search for any remaining bats. 

 

Police have now arrested Nattapol, his wife and his mother-in-law. The school owner, however, maintains his innocence. 

 

The police said there had been an argument with the child and Nattapol's mother-in-law over phone use.

Not always true, plenty of incidents over many years, young novices, some under age, being molested and raped by the older monks. Sometimes just once (still not OK), and in some cases molested / raped many times / regularly. 

 

 

Well done to the 12 year old who found the bats in the river and bravely and maturely informed his Mother

Nice and courageous boy, maybe he didn't know an influential family is concerned.

I clearly remember I read " Base ball   base ball!" regarding yesterdays news on the same topic. That, when everybody else understood it was refering to bats.

Anyway, It´s always nice when things get confirmed.

The lying SOB of an owner claimed that he was playing touch rugby or something in the classroom and his mates tackled him a bit too hard by mistake. There is a big difference  between that and being beaten to death by multiple assailants with baseball bats. He has obviously thought that, as a retired army officer he could easily lie his s way out of murder or accomplice to murder and maintain the flow of shekels into his horrid “school”. He will probably be proved right in the end but it’s going to cost him a pretty penny now.
