Non O multi entry visa from Savanekhet

Featured Replies

I have this visa, obtained based on marriage. Nothing to say that on the visa, although there is some Thai manuscript and a number above it. Plenty of validity on it. I am out of Thailand right now. When I return what will I need to show to enter at Suvarnabhumi, indeed to board the plane at point of departure, apart from my passport with the visa in it?

Would a subsequent exit and entry at a land border be any different? No requirements when I re entered after obtaining this visa.

I plan to stay about 5 months with a trip out and back somewhere close to or before 90 days. No plans on that yet so no ticket out within the 90 days, but the easiest is to Savanekhet ( by car to border which I did to get this visa) or Vientiane, but I could be more adventurous and fly somewhere for a short break.

Advice please from those in the know.

By the way when I left, also from Suvarnabhumi, the IO did not ask for TM 30 receipt before stamping departed. I have never yet been asked for one. I have never yet done one nor has my wife with whom I stay.

You only need to show your passport with the valid visa in it to the airline. A return or onward ticket is not required if you have a valid visa for entry to the country.

Same at immigration when you enter the country by land, sea or air.

You can do an entry using your visa by land or air,

Immigration at airports and border crossings have nothing to do with TM30 reporting. They will never check for one.

Thanks Ubon Joe. Good to be sure, it's what I thought.
