Some questions about completing the TM30 form:

1) the form must be completed in English or may it also be (partially) in Thai?
In case of house master, 
2) Can the address be the adress of the office?
3) To which address is the reciept sent back, 
   from the housemaster or from the tenant?

1. It should be done in Thai if a the person is completing it in Thai. Page 2 would have english on it since would have the person being reported would be on it.

2. Which office?

3. It could be sent back to residence being reported.

I am trying to find the address to send my TM 30 to CW....I know its somewhere on this forum but cant find it
