Most will be using dynamic IP addresses. It is a fair bit of work trying to identify who was using which dynamic IP address when. If the posts were made from overseas, it becomes pretty much impossible. I do not think they will be coming after people for complaints about changes to visa/extension/entry rules. It is too hard.
