So do I, but at least it would give a party a mandate, whoever that party may be. Can the UK really afford to keep going down the same path for the next few years? Personally, either do I, but similar to Australia, the two major parties have got the country into the mess it is in today. Perhaps a political shake up is in order. I think many feel the same way, but are looking for a party to do something, anything, to try to turn the country around. I agree. I'm just wondering about the percentage of voters who would change their preference to a party that in the past they never thought they would ever vote for. I don't mean swing voters, I mean people who have voted for the same party all their life. Australia is experiencing a similar thing now as well, but it's not all about uncontrolled migration. Pauline Hanson's One Nation Party is a little similar to Reform and Farage. Possibly. There's a lot of unhappy citizens in the UK now. They have been looking for strong leadership at a time of crisis and it's nowhere to be found. In my opinion, career politicians do not have to have courage to do what needs to be done in Britain.
