800.000 reporting Jomtien - What I needed

Perhaps it helps some people here. Did yesterday my bank balance confirmation after 90 days in Jomtien and I needed

Piece of paper that you received with the date on it when you have to show the balance. 

Same copy of the the passport pages that are needed for the retirement extension. 

Copy of the first page of the bank book with your name and the page with the last balance. This balance should be not earlier than the date you have to show it. So make a small deposit. 

Every single page needs to be signed. I was told that I could have done this at home already. 

Of course also bring your passport and the bank book.

Went there in the afternoon. Didn't get a number and had to go to counter 8 (same as for retirement extension).
