Is it still possible to convert TR visa and/or visa exemption to Non-B (teaching) at Chaengwattana?  In the past has been easier/cheaper to send people to Penang but that's getting to be more and more of a hassle these days.

If so, does anyone have a current list of required documents?

In order to apply the applicant has to be living in Bangkok. All offices can accept the applications now.

If in Bangkok why not get them in Vientiane or Savannakhet instead of Penang."
