FracturedRabbit
My previous UK passport was issued in Bangkok and had "Bangkok" as place of issue. The new one, issued a couple of months ago, has "Authority: HMPO" which would indicate that it was issued in the UK? This is suddenly relevant because I am applying for a new UK driving licence and can prove identity by giving my passport number, provided that the passport was not "issued outside the UK by an embassy or consulate". Anybody know where passports are now generated? Thanks Link to comment
