I need to transfer my tourist to non B.

According to info you need over 15 days left on your tourist visa.

Does anybody know of their is an upper limit to how many days you can have left maximum before transferring?

There is no maximum number of days you can have left on the entry. You could apply for it the same day you entered with a tourist visa.

Ah ok, so you just need at least 15 days remaining.

Yes

The 15 days remaining is a standard requirement but some offices want 21 days or more.
