I am a Filipina and my Fiance is an Indian-American National. We are planning to get married (Civil) in Bangkok Thailand.

1) it possible?

2) Where will we go to inquire and apply for Civil Marriage?

3) What are the requirement?

Which did he use to enter Thailand?  Will have to use that Embassy.

Just to be pedantic, all marriages in LOS are civil ( except village weddings carried out with monks ). The marriage is done in an amphur office. The ceremony/ party/ booze up is separate and does not constitute a legal marriage.
