online 90 day reporting

Featured Replies

hi, i want to make this 90 reporting thing work on line previously i tried but was likely outside the window so i went to immigration drive through in phuket and did it in 10 minutes.... i can do the 24 hr reporting online when returning from outside of thailand no worries....

ok so on 17th jan 2019 i return from singapore, i tried the online reporting so-called 90 days later but as i said above maybe in was just outside the window to do it online i was definitely not over 90 days but it wouldn't work and told me to go to immigration office which i did.

on 17th april i went ti drive through in phuket immigration and did my 90 days reporting which is due according to the attached paper work latest 15th july 2019.. not its tuesday 9th july which means i should be right in the window to do ..... but again i get the message report to local immigration office.

so questions are am i filling out the questions correctly online.

it asked for arrival card number TM etc which i received on 17th jan 2019

it then states arrival date which is 17th jan 2019 or as i already did a 90 reporting do i put when i went to immigration on 17th april 2019.... and received a further 90 days until 15th july 2019..

then next question is am i filling in the right TM number as the piece of paper they put in the back of your passport has a new number but it is 4 letters and 7 numbers long and the questions wont accept such long number.....

then it says arrive by 1. airplane 2. car 3. other....

obviously i arrived by plane on 17th jan 2019 but now the 90 days was done i also tried the 'other" option...

again i am just getting report to immigration office..

so what am i doing wrong ... thanks

to me it seems i need to use the original TM arrival number

secondly if i put arrival date as 17th jan 2019 it may not accept i have already done a 90 days reporting at phuket immigration....

??? anyway anyone who has had such experienced and sorted it out thanks

I'm not 100% on either of these points but I'm under the impression that the 90 day reporting online has to be done at least 2 weeks before it's due. Also once you've arrived in the country you then don't have to worry about it for another 90 days.

I think it is still 2 letters and 5 digits (AB12345). It is under the barcode on the departure card.

Are you sure you are entering everything correctly. Best to only enter the required fields that has a beside them.

Are you using the drop down menu for your nationality.

I haven't read all the details of your post, just wanted to say that afaik the online reporting can only be done between 2 weeks before and 1 week before the due date.

For online reporting it is a window of 15 days to 7 days before the report date that you can do the report.

Yeah, think you're a day late on the 90-day online window? Maybe 1 - 8 July?

yes definitely doing all right and i using drop down windows and changing things when it wont accept maybe as someone stated its 2 to 1 week before the actual date due which is the 15th july... so maybe again i missed the window this is so stupid anyway off to immigration drive through tomorrow was a breeze last time just a long drive 40 minutes.... the lady in the box is very nice...

i even changed from safari to google chrome to ripping out an ancient computer sony and trying internet explorer as remember from the past that was all it would work on.

another waste of time in thailand.....

another quick one, my mercedes wagon has a damaged rim/wheel not tyre, crack in it from the shit roads here, called mercedes and sent a photo of wheel which is a genuine mercedes AMG wheel, deal says take it back to where you bought it from its not a mercedes wheel, yes it is from a genuine mercedes dealer in bangkok.. i have receipts and everything to show, then idiot tells me i need to buy 4.... why other 3 are good, had enough range mercedes benz in bangkok headoffice, nice lady gave her all the details and vin number which she confirmed to me i will call and sort out and call you back. so lets see i am not hopefully... why do we need to do things twice or three times if we are lucky to get anything done right in this country... been here 12 years and still frustrating...

Good of you to find the upside in this otherwise frustrating experience.
