I have a 6 year old click (35,000k ) and the Idle stop suddenly stopped working can anybody tell me what's wrong.

No idea what causes it. Mine did too. Took it to Honda dealer and they sorted it.

This can probably have a variety of reasons, do you plan to fix it yourself?

Just taking it to a Honda shop and having them fix it should be easier

Could be that your battery is getting older and have slightly lower voltage or cold cranking amps.

Some cars disable the stop-start feature as a safety precaution for this reason.

Seen it happen on my PCX when the battery is either on it's way out or partly charged.

Thanks for that. I thought it might be the battery but I just thought I would ask people who are much more knowledgeable than me. So it's off to Mityon tomorrow.
