Kawapete Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 Hi all, I have a question to this forum: Are there any special visa or permanent residence roles for a director of a company with a foreign business license? As additional info: one of the requirements for a 100% foreign owned company in Thailand holding a FBL is that at least one of the Directors most be a resident in Thailand.
