I'm working on my second consecutive Non-O yearly extension, and I currently have a 30 day under consideration stamp. I'm to return to suan Pluu on March 28 when I expect to receive the one year extension. This week work issues have come up and I may have to be overseas during the week of March 28th. Is it possible to go to Suan Pluu next week and ask that the return date be changed from March 28th until the following week?

You can always ask but it will not be that easy. You must have a valid extension of stay and re-entry permit and you have neither. But with luck it might be ready and if not they might be able to issue another temporary extension of stay early. Just remember you must have a re-entry permit to keep your stay alive. Good luck.
