Globaleyes
Hello everyone. I'm due to get a Single ENtry Tourist Visa from PP soon. UK Male, under 50 years old. Has anyone had any recent experience of this? Any idea of the timescales / costs and does anyone know any visa agent contact details? Many thanks, G. lkv
In short, it depends on your visa history. Going through an agent has no relevance anymore, they can come back voided to the agent also. For an extensive tourist visa run history, the worst that can happen is that you lose the 40 dollars and you get a sticker like this in your passport.
lamyai3
Think it's two days if you apply to the embassy direct, around four if using an agent. Lucky lucky motorcycle shop is the one usually mentioned, they should be able to inform about the risks of getting a voided visa back. Phnom Penh is known as a bad place for applying for visas nowadays, unless you have very minimal visa history. If you have a bunch of previous tourist visas, better to apply elsewhere, but with a clean passport you should be ok.
Globaleyes
Good advice guys, thanks. I have a nice clean passport with only one 'visa exempt' stamp in it, and none for the previous year, although I do have an METV visa in the previous passport, followed by an extended stay in the UK.
