800,000 baht for Non- OA extension of stay

Featured Replies

Hello Folks!

Quick question...can you have more than the required 800,000 in your account, or do they need to see just 800,000 in the account?

Extension coming up soon and don’t need any hassles ????

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Bill

More is better than not enough. No problem if it is above 800k baht.

I would have thought that the answer to this question was blatantly obvious to everyone.

Eh! yes, we must always foresee the unexpected.

800K is a minimum, not a set amount. You can keep as much as you want.

Blatantly obvious? I wouldn’t consider anything blatantly obvious when it pertains to Thai Immigration! Never hurts to ask the more knowledgeable folks here when in doubt.
