hi all . Would anybody know if the consulate in savannakhet is open this coming Monday  15 th.  Seems I might have done the visa run at wrong time. Never thought about Thai holidays. 

It will be open on Monday but closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. You will not be able to pick up your passport until Thursday afternoon.

But some times when is the day before a holiday they will do it the same day you apply.
