My contract will finish this week and I have a m...ing b.... landlord so I'm sure she wants to get as much money from my deposit as she can.

Is there any way to sign with her a paper when I'm there to force her she has to give back all my deposit without finding any reason to take some from it?

Unless you took photographs and did a full inventory when you moved in then it's your word against hers.

 

Thais are not big on deposit refunds.
