Need some advice here... 
So, I've been trying to book an online appointment at the Thai Consulate in Vientiane for the 13th August, but nothing is available after the 9th August. I've checked several times over the last 2-3 days and it hasn't changed. Is this because it is not yet available to book after the 9th August or because the slots have already been taken? I'm fairly sure it's the former but I'd like some reassurance, nonetheless. I am aware that 10th 11th and 12th are holiday days so I'm not expecting to see anything for those dates.

Just checked and the schedule for after the 9th of August has not been posted yet.

I did a search for the 13th and got this message.

you can book now, they just released these dates, up to August 16th.
