geovalin Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 Cambodia and Monaco have formally established diplomatic relations to foster mutual understanding and strengthen friendship and cooperation between people of the two countries, a joint statement obtained by The Post on Tuesday said. The statement, signed by the Cambodian and Monegasque ambassadors to France, said that diplomatic relations were being established in accordance with the purpose and principles of the UN Charter and international laws.
