90 Days Reporting validity after visiting another country

Featured Replies

Advice and Reference Requested (Immigration Rules)

  1. My 90 days Reporting is due on 03-Aug-19 and I am on Non-O Visa (extension).
  2. I went to Singapore with a Re-entry Visa on 1-June-19 and came back to Thailand on 8-June-19 respectively.

Questions:

  1. Do I have to report to Immigration on 03-Aug-19 for 90 Days reporting or wait for 90 Days from the date I arrived from Singapore i.e., 8-June-19. And then go to Immigration for 90 Days Reporting. What exactly the rule say?
  2. Please provide any reference (Link) of Immigration rule in context to point 1 above.

I would appreciate precise answers.

Thanks and Regards

It is 90 days from your latest entry into Thailand. Complete from with flight information and arrival card number.

The precise answer is that you have to report after 90 days contiuosly in the country.

You will not need to do a report of staying longer than 90 consecutive days in the country until 90 days from the date you entered the country. Your report is due on September 5th if you entered on the 8th of June.

"If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case."

Also section 37 of the immigration act.

90 days Reporting is just that, a report of being in Thailand for 90 consecutive days, day one is the day of arrival.
