Thai e visa photo for application of single entry

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me what type of Photo and size you have to upload for e visa single entry to thailand. thank you.

Ubon Joe.

I can't answer your question but if the photo you have is rejected becauce 'wrong format', go on line and search for photo format conversion or change photo to jpeg sites.

Many free sites which can convert anything to anything and in a few seconds.

Good luck.

I done JPG and upload it first my left eye is closed when it is not then i upload it again he said your right eye is closed when it is not then upoad again now my both eyes are closed what does that mean

As far as I know, it should be a .jpg just under 200kb in size standard passport photo 35mmx45mm.

I've just got some hard copies done, and that photo emailed to me, it was 162kb (potentially for use on said system).

If the resolution is too low, its maybe picking up pixels that are to large??? at a guess.

I've not actually used the system yet, seems very temperamental!

Mine was a 268K .jpg file.  I got some printed the other day and it passed the UK passport dimension checks, and also gave a pass when uploading to the Thai evisa site for the UK.

Hi Guys, I heard 4  different versions of this photo for single entry evisa  and 35X45 40X40 50X50 and 40X60 can you please tell me which one it is. Thank you

UK passport photo requirements are size 45mm high by 35mm width, but the E-visa photo requirement states a width of 35-40mm is acceptable.

What visa are you applying for? And where?

Are you trying to a apply for 15 days visa on arrival? For that application the photo size is 4 X 6 cm.

I assume you are a legal resident of the UK.

I am not sure the photo size you upload really matters unless the file size is to big or cannot be reduced to the size required.

Then the size to send with your application is as I previously stated in post #8.
