Work Permit Educational Requirements

Can anyone help me with some information regarding educational requirements. I already have an employer, I only have 2 GCE O Level passes is this sufficient for the Thai Authorities? Also, do we need to get the educational certificate authenticated if I submit the application in Bangkok and not the provincial authorities? Thanks for your help!

Already have a job as a Technical Manager in steel manufacturing company (Have 18 years experience in this Industry).

Generally your employer has to show that there a no suitably qualified Thai people to fill the job.

I am not sure that 2 "O" levels will suffice.

I would add any Job Training certs as well,

plus anything that documents your work experience.

The more there is, the more impressive it looks.

We have had clients with the same case and they did get a work permit. The key is you have 18 years experience in this Industry.
