March 16, 200719 yr This looked a nice place , http://www.metro.co.uk/news/article.html?i...p;in_page_id=34 Saw the web site and photos last year, looked nice if you was in to swinging, and did'nt mind paying 7000baht a night for a room, but obviously the local politt did'nt like the look of it, web site is now down.
March 17, 200719 yr There is a sub-editor at that English newspaper who didn't check his geography. Fancy chosing the file photo that he did, when Udon Thani is such a long way from a seaside beach! Half a minute with the Times Atlas and a ruler (both of which used to be always available to subs) would have shown that Udon is as far from the nearest beach (which would be Pattaya) as the northern border of England is from England's south coast. But, what the heck. Newspapers are not about giving their readers accurate impressions these days. They are all about pandering to their readers prejudices (i.e. ingrained pre-judgments).
