July 26, 20197 yr I have an apartment in a resort, this is my apartment. Now I ant to rent out, but owner of Resort tell me that is illigal due to he has a hotel license. is this a problem?
July 26, 20197 yr Most rental agreements contain the language of "NO SUB-LETTING"...which means you can not lease the apartment to a third party...
