Hi,

 

Any recent reports on the Mai Sai border for a 30 day visa exempt entry?

 

This would be my 2nd land crossing of the calendar year, I'm just wondering it's possible to cross in and out on the same day and get 30 days?

 

Plus any reports of this crossing requesting the usual supporting docs (10k cash, flight out etc)

Not a problem to it on the same day Mae Sai.

No reports of them asking for anything more than your passport and a new TM6 card.

    No problem with the in/out at Chiang Kong. The Lao visa adds to the cost, especially if you do not carry US dollars.
